Nassira El Hadri

founder & principal lawyer

Your globally-minded lawyer and trusted advisor

Nassira is a Toronto business lawyer that founded Hadri Law to provide clients with personalized, practical, and effective legal solutions. She is passionate about helping clients grow their business and reach their full potential.

Before founding Hadri Law, Nassira worked as a Corporate & Commercial associate lawyer at a busy mid-size firm in Hamilton, where she provided advice to corporate clients, including banks and credit unions, worked on M&A and financing transactions, and drafted and reviewed contracts and agreements in the areas of corporate, commercial, and employment law.

Before becoming a lawyer in Ontario, Nassira worked for over 4.5 years in heavy equipment finance, focusing on secured and unsecured debt recovery through legal proceedings across Canada, including Quebec. She worked closely with and instructed lawyers from law firms of all sizes.

GET TO KNOW NASSIRA

Nassira possesses a unique skillset that combines experience, languages, and education. She studied law in four different languages: English, French, Spanish, and Catalan. She studied law in Spain, France, and Canada, and she is qualified to provide legal advice in all three jurisdictions. She holds two master degrees, one of them focusing on international transactions, including international commerce, trade, and banking, between European and African countries. With Hadri Law, Nassira acts as a bridge-builder between the North American market and the European and African markets.

Because Nassira understands the challenges internationally trained lawyers face when they come to Canada and intend to practice law, Nassira acts as a mentor to those needing help with navigating the NCA process, completing an LLM at a Canadian university, preparing for and taking the bar exams, finding and completing an articling placement, and building their personal brand as Canadian lawyers.

When Nassira is not running Hadri Law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves travelling and exploring new places and flavours. As a sports fan, she enjoyed seeing the Toronto Raptors win the NBA championship and is looking forward to seeing the Toronto Maple Leafs winning the Stanley Cup.
