Nassira El Hadri, LL.M
Founder & Principal Lawyer — M&A, Corporate & Commercial Law
Nassira El Hadri founded Hadri Law with a mission to bridge the gap between big-firm expertise and the personal service that business clients deserve.
With an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and legal training across four languages and multiple jurisdictions, Nassira brings a uniquely global perspective to every matter she handles.
Prior to founding the firm, she honed her craft at a mid-size Hamilton firm advising banks and corporate clients on M&A and financing transactions, building the foundation for the sophisticated practice she leads today.
